The Gari Boutique

Thanking our cherished customers & staffs

Our company, The Gari Boutique was established in November 2018 and is certified by the FDA. Although gari is known to come from cassava, our gari is made from Potatoes! Potatoes! We have removed the perception of gari from “food for the poor” gari soakings… to a desirable premium delicacy popularly known as the “Harvard gari”. Our branding and packaging has been widely celebrated and currently, we have created 11 different varieties and flavors of potato and cassava granules. Each variety can be used for multiple foods like banku, gari soakings, it can be added to waakye, jollof, rice, korkor and beans, etc.
